We are a trio of local ladies, born and bred in the Ruapehu township of Raetihi, and we are excited to bring elopement services to our home region.

Who are we?

Rachael Gilberd - Florist, Client Coms, Vendor Coordinator & Accounts

Rachael’s passion is florals and she is also our in-house model, financial guru and fellow vendor coordinator. Rachael owns a local building company with her husband Luke, they have 3 children, two cute puppy dogs and love the busy rural life of skiing, motorbikes, and horses and have a lifestyle property dreams are made of.

Holly Deadman - Chief Photographer, social media, marketing & vendor coordinator

Holly is our photographer extraordinaire and had the initial idea to start Ruapehu Elopement Co. Holly has been married to her husband Ricky for 12 years and they have 4 children. They are heavily involved in Ricky’s family marketing garden business and live a busy, fulfilling life of getting outdoors to ride motorbikes, hunt, ride horses, ski and many other activities.

Kristy Deadman - Content Creator, Marketing & Design, Client Coms & Vendor Coordinator

Kristy enjoys dabbling in social media content and loves making pretty things on her computer. Kristy is married to Sam, they have 2 boys and enjoy the simple life of Ohakune, skiing, mountain biking and going on camping adventures in their caravan.
